The article examines the concept of "cognitive capitalism" proposed by A. Gorzas a crisis phase of
capitalism, where traditional categories (labor, value, capital) lose their former basis, being replaced by knowledge
and intellectual resources. It is emphasized that cognitive capitalism is not a new stage, but a symptom of systemic
disintegration, where value is formed through the "labor of self-creation" and the development of human abilities,
and not through material production. Knowledge is becoming a key resource, transforming into variable capital,
which is manifested in the digital economy, the monetization of social networks and the globalization of educational
standards
