Abstract

В статье поднимается вопрос значимости личности педагога в процессе формирования и развития личности ребенка подросткового возраста в современном обществе. Вскрывается проблема постоянного самосовершенствования педагога в условиях новых требований к эффективной профессиональной деятельности.
