LEGAL TEXTS TRANSLATION FROM ENGLISH INTO RUSSIAN

Abstract

The problem of translating special texts is most relevant in connection with globalization of the economy and the development of international relations. The process of translating legal texts must be carried out according to strict standards. The article uses examples from legal texts to examine the features of legalese, a special legal language, as well as the influence of extralinguistic factors as key factors that has an impact on the quality of translation.
