Аннотации:
Contemporary education faces the challenge of diversity, and tremendous increase in cultural heterogeneity of educational settings. Within this context, teachers' professional development seems to be strongly linked to their intercultural experiences. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of intercultural experience in developing professional teacher. The journey in any profession begins with initial training but the focus of this study is to consider continuing professional learning and how teachers co-construct professional knowledge by exploring the benefits from learning across cultures.
