Peculiarities of middle class formation (The Republic of Tatarstan case)

Abstract

The article discusses the emergence of new behavior patterns of middle class under the conditions of economic system transformation. Based on the analysis of the 2012?2013 data received as the result of the study on the middle class in the Republic of Tatarstan, several recommendations are offered that contribute to state development of the social community in the region.
