dc.description.abstract In the writing of this tutorial we have not sought to cover every aspect of the dielectric relaxation of complex materials. The aim of this work to demonstrate the usefulness of dielectric spectroscopy for such systems, using its application on select examples as illustrations. This tutorial will be helpful to students, graduate students and others who are interested in the dielectric spectroscopy of complex systems
