Abstract:
Researchers are increasingly showing their interest in youth culture, which has emerged in the new anthropological reality of digitalization. The purpose of these studies is to predict the future paradigm and use youth as a control group of people in digital transformations. The main feature of the paradigm is that it acts as the only reality for its inhabitants, it is from the paradigm that discourse is formed.
The discourse of modern youth is connected with the theory of generations. The Strauss-Howe theory assumes that people of the same generation have similar traits because they develop under the same historical conditions [1]. For us, this is nothing but digitalization. If the generation of the late 90s - early 2000s found the development of the digital space, then the generation of the 10th was already born in the formed Internet environment, such as we know. Philosopher and publicist Makarov A. I. in his online lecture called the later generation is "otherworldly people" and "insensitive romantics", because they prefer the "online other world", and are caught up in the pursuit of knowledge and impressions more than material values [2]. According to his augmented generational theory, young people choose the Internet space for their development and formation, since reality remains captured, in fact, by their older predecessors, who are not too willing to share these privileges.
The strongest influence on them is exerted by "sacred aesthetics", which has little in common with art and the concepts of "beautiful" and "ugly", but is aimed at distinguishing oneself, one's group by methods of appropriating a cultural paradigm. Modern states are trying in various ways to attract young people, who are detached from reality, to political activity. To do this, they try to speak their language, create agitating memes, and introduce thousands of bots into popular youth Internet platforms Discord and Reddit.
