Abstract

Актуальность изучения эмоционального интеллекта определяется тем, что он является одной из базовых компетенций современной личности и важнейшим качеством будущих профессионалов в самых разных областях деятельности, в особенности в сфере "человек - человек". В статье анализируются результаты эмпирического исследования эмоционального интеллекта студентов, обучающихся в Институте психологии и образования Казанского федерального университета.
