Abstract

The article discusses the features of digital transformation in the social sphere based on the analysis of experience and potential risks. Scenarios for the digital transformation development in the social sphere are presented, including possible problems and ways to solve them. Particular attention is paid to the issues of security and protection of personal data in the context of digitalization of the social sphere. The article uses data and research made by international and domestic researchers, as well as cases of implementing digital projects in the social sphere of various countries.
