Abstract:
The article considers the integration of the strategies of core competencies as main characteristics and dynamic capabilities as patterns under the resource based view (RBV) approach where the firm concentrates its attention on creating the vision, mission and respective strategic activities, programs and initiatives. The integration of the strategies of core competencies and dynamic capabilities may be considered as a complex management system which can create flexible framework for a company integrating coordination from core competencies strategy and learning from dynamic capabilities strategy. Such integrated strategy allows to optimize the work with asset management including intellectual property management, and it also helps to secure sustained growth by providing appropriate response to ongoing changes and by creating additional competitive advantages.
