ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЦИФРОВЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ И ТВОРЧЕСКОЕ САМОРАЗВИТИЕ СТУДЕНТОВ

Abstract

Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена проблемой цифровой трансформации высшего медицинского образования, включающей применение сквозных цифровых технологий. Целью данной статьи отражение опыта формирования цифровых компетенций и творческого саморазвития студентов при актуализации программы курса "Психология, педагогика". Ведущим методом исследования являлся психолого-педагогический эксперимент. Анализ результатов анкетирования и психодиагностического тестирования, проводимых в начале и конце курса, показал, что включение цифровых составляющих в универсальные компетенции способствует творческому саморазвитию студентов, а также развитию различных составляющих креативности. Материалы статьи могут быть полезны профессорско-преподавательскому составу при актуализации рабочих программ, включению в них сквозных цифровых технологий, востребованных в условиях цифровой экономики.

The relevance of this study is due to the problem of digital transformation of higher medical education, including the use of end-to-end digital technologies. The purpose of this article is to reflect the experience of forming digital competencies and creative self-development of students when updating the program of the course "Psychology, Pedagogy". The leading research method was the psychological and pedagogical experiment. An analysis of the results of the questionnaire and psychodiagnostic testing conducted at the beginning and end of the course showed that the inclusion of digital components in universal competencies contributes to the creative self-development of students, as well as the development of various components of creativity. The materials of the article can be useful to the teaching staff in updating work programs, including in them end-to-end digital technologies that are in demand in the digital economy.
