Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема развития личности в рамках межличностных отношений подростков. Целью статьи является изучение роли межличностных отношений в саморазвитии личности подростка. Значительное внимание уделяется рассмотрению особенностей межличностных отношений подростков, общению, как ведущей деятельности. Автор расписывает основные этапы развития личности в рамках межличностных отношений и задачи классного руководителя в формировании межличностных отношений и саморазвитии личности.

The article deals with the problem of personality development within the framework of interpersonal relationships of teenagers. The purpose of the article is to study the role of interpersonal relationships in the self-development of a teenager's personality. Considerable attention is paid to the consideration of the features of interpersonal relationships of adolescents, communication as a leading activity. The author describes the main stages of personality development within the framework of interpersonal relationships and the tasks of the class teacher in the formation of interpersonal relationships and self-development of personality.
