Внедрение профессионального стандарта "Специалист участвующий в организации жизнедеятельности детского коллектива (вожатый)" существенно поменяло требования не только к самому специалисту, но и к его подготовке, что вызвало необходимость поиска таких приемов и форм обучения вожатых, которые бы в полной мере отвечали как требованиям стандарта, так и запросам конкретных организаций отдыха детей и их оздоровления. Одной из таких активно развивающихся сегодня технологий является Edutainment. Современные технологии геймификации и игройфикации способны решать широкий круг задач: адаптировать новых сотрудников; мотивировать и вовлечь персонал в командную работу; обучить работников необходимым умениям и навыкам; избежать текучку кадров; повысить производительность труда работников; сплотить коллектив. Решающий момент в успехе образовательно-развлекательной модели - баланс между игровым стимулом и образовательной стратегией. Цель проведенного исследования состоит в выявлении и обосновании педагогических условия применения технологии Edutainment в подготовке вожатских кадров. Проведенное исследование включало в себя обзор имеющихся образовательных игр для подготовки вожатых; анализ сформированности компетенций участников конкурсов профессионального мастерства вожатых; интервью с руководителями школ подготовки вожатых. Методы исследования: теоретические, направленные на анализ зарубежной литературы по тематике Edutainment, методической и социально-педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования; эмпирические: сравнительный анализ имеющихся образовательных продуктов по подготовке кадров для сферы детского отдыха; анализ результатов сформированности компетенций вожатых, прошедших подготовку с использованием технологий игрофикации; интервью с руководителями школ вожатых и детских лагерей. Результаты исследования. В процессе исследования были выявлены и обоснованы педагогические условия, при которых технология Edutainment будет выступать результативной технологией подготовки вожатских кадров, такие как: соблюдение баланса применения традиционных технологий и технологии геймификации и разработке инструментов Edutainment под запрос конкретной организации отдыха детей и их оздоровления. В результате исследования были сформулированы методические рекомендации по использованию технологии Edutainment для подготовки вожатых в организациях отдыха детей и их оздоровления, которые могут быть использованы заместителем директора лагеря и руководителями, отвечающими за вопросы подготовки вожатских кадров.
The introduction of the professional standard "Specialist involved in the organization of the life of the children's collective (counselor)" has significantly changed the requirements not only for the specialist himself, but also for his training, which necessitated the search for such techniques and forms of training counselors that would fully meet both the requirements of the standard and the needs of specific organizations for children's recreation and their recovery. One of such actively developing technologies today is Edutainment. Modern gamification and gamification technologies are able to solve a wide range of tasks: to adapt new employees; to motivate and involve staff in teamwork; to train employees in the necessary skills and abilities; to avoid staff turnover; to increase employee productivity; to rally the team. The crucial moment in the success of the educational and entertainment model is the balance between the game incentive and the educational strategy. The purpose of the study is to identify and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the use of Edutainment technology in the training of counselors. The conducted research included a review of the available educational games for the preparation of counselors; an analysis of the formation of competencies of participants in professional skills competitions of counselors; interviews with the heads of schools for the preparation of counselors. Research methods: theoretical, aimed at analyzing foreign literature on the subject of Edutainment, methodological and socio-pedagogical literature on the problem of research; empirical: comparative analysis of available educational products for training personnel for the field of children's recreation; analysis of the results of the formation of the competencies of counselors who have been trained using gamification technologies; interviews with the heads of counselors' schools and children's camps. The results of the study. In the course of the research, pedagogical conditions were identified and justified under which the Edutainment technology will act as an effective technology for training counselors, such as: maintaining a balance between the use of traditional technologies and gamification technology and the development of Edutainment tools at the request of a specific organization of children's recreation and their recovery. As a result of the study, methodological recommendations were formulated on the use of Edutainment technology for the training of counselors in organizations for children's recreation and their recovery, which can be used by the deputy director of the camp and managers responsible for the training of counselors.
