ПРОФИЛЬНЫЕ КЛАССЫ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ КАК ОСНОВА ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ЛИЧНОСТИ БУДУЩЕГО УЧИТЕЛЯ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о профильных классах педагогического направления как основа формирования личности будущего учителя. Цель исследования - обоснование изучаемой проблемы, и создание модели профильного класса педагогического направления. Для решения поставленных задач и проверки исходных предположений были использованы следующие методы исследования: теоретический - анализ изучаемой проблемы в научной литературе, теория развития личности; теория содержания; идея субъектной активности в процессе ее жизнедеятельности; разработка технологических подходов и вариативных технологий профильного образования; НПА обучения учащихся в профильных классах. В исследовании установлены процессуальные механизмы деятельности: определены SOFT и HARD SKILLS современного учителя, разработаны формы проектирования педагогической деятельности, нетворкингы, родительские диалоги, использованы дни учебных заведений в школах. Обоснована структура модели, выявлены академические проблемы изучаемой темы. Разработана модель профильного класса педагогического направления.

The article deals with the issue of specialized classes of pedagogical direction as the basis for the formation of the personality of the future teacher. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the problem under study, and to create a model of a profile class of a pedagogical direction. To solve the tasks and verify the initial assumptions, the following research methods were used: theoretical - analysis of the problem under study in the scientific literature, theory of personality development; theory of content; idea of subjective activity in the process of its life; development of technological approaches and variable technologies of specialized education; NPA of teaching students in specialized classes. The study establishes procedural mechanisms of activity: SOFT and HARD SKILLS of a modern teacher are defined, forms of designing pedagogical activity, networking, parent dialogues are developed, days of educational institutions in schools are used. The structure of the model is substantiated, the academic problems of the studied topic are revealed. A model of the profile class of the pedagogical direction has been developed.
