МОНИТОРИНГ ГОТОВНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ ПЕДАГОГОВ К ФОРМИРОВАНИЮ ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ ГРАМОТНОСТИ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ

Abstract

Авторы считают, что необходим глубокий анализ данной проблемы с точки зрения понимания будущими педагогами функциональной грамотности, владения ими инструментарием решения данной задачи, практикой подготовки современного учителя к процессу интегрального формирования школьников. Многогранность процесса формирования функциональной грамотности школьников требует тщательной профессиональной подготовки будущего педагога в педагогических вузах. Между тем анализ образовательных программ педагогических вузов свидетельствует о теоретизированности содержания обучения, углубления знаний большинства обучающихся в маловостребованных в системе образования областях той или иной науки (мы не отрицаем при этом возможности индивидуального подхода к отдельным студентам при подготовке курсовых или дипломных работ). Сегодня одним из путей преодоления этих противоречий является изучение спроса работодателей, но эта мера обычно является точечной, несистемной. Требует решения и вопрос усиления педагогической и методической части педагогического образования как за счет увеличения процентной доли учебного времени, так и за счет повышения качества подготовки студентов в целях формирования функциональной грамотности школьников. Над этими проблемами авторы работают в течение последних десяти лет.

The authors believe that a deep analysis of this problem is necessary from the point of view of future teachers' understanding of functional literacy, their possession of tools for solving this problem, and the practice of preparing a modern teacher for the process of integral formation of schoolchildren. The versatility of the process of forming the functional literacy of schoolchildren requires careful professional training of the future teacher in pedagogical universities. Meanwhile, the analysis of the educational programs of pedagogical universities testifies to the theorizing of the content of training, the deepening of the knowledge of the majority of students in the areas of this or that science that are not in demand in the education system (we do not deny the possibility of an individual approach to individual students in the preparation of term papers or theses). Today, one of the ways to overcome these contradictions is to study the demand of employers, but this measure is usually targeted, non-systemic. The issue of strengthening the pedagogical and methodological part of teacher education also needs to be addressed, both by increasing the percentage of study time and by improving the quality of student training in order to form the functional literacy of schoolchildren. The authors have been working on these problems for the last ten years.
