В качестве основной проблемы данной статьи выступает изучение условий становления и развития гражданского общества в рамках правового государства, а также выявление взаимосвязи этих правовых категорий. Главной целью выполнения работы является изучение гражданского общества и его взаимосвязи с правовым государством. В ходе проделанной работы изучен феномен гражданского общества, выявлены взаимосвязь государства и гражданского общества, взаимоотношение правового государства и гражданского общества. Результатом проделанной работы является достижение поставленных целей. Отличительной особенностью статьи является авторский подход к пониманию данной темы
The main problem of this article is the study of the conditions for the formation and development of civil society within the rule of law, as well as the identification of the relationship between these legal categories. The main purpose of the work is to study civil society and its relationship with the rule of law.
