In modern society, there is a great need for highly qualified social workers, on whose activities the socio-psychological state of various categories of the population of society depends. The consequence of this is the expansion and development of the system of training social workers. But, despite this, there is still an acute shortage of personnel in the field of social work, and this fact can only be partially explained by socio-economic and socio-psychological reasons. Part of the problem lies in the fact that, with a sufficiently high level of requirements for a social worker, material remuneration for work is inadequately low. As a result, there is a constant migration of specialists, especially young ones, from the sphere of social work to commercial structures that are more attractive in material terms and have nothing to do with social work.
