Значение духовно-нравственных качеств в музыкально-эстетическом развитии будущих педагогов-музыкантов

Abstract

В данной статье автор рассматривает вопросы взаимосвязи духовно-нравственных качеств личности будущих педагогов-музыкантов и значимости развития эстетического кругозора. Предпринята попытка раскрыть суть развития духовно-нравственных качеств в педагогической практике. Раскрывается важность и необходимость приобщения студентов - будущих педагогов к изучению и приобщению христианско-нравственным аспектам культуры. Актуализируется мысль о духовности в сфере образования и ее роли в процессе обучения. Описано взаимодействие духовно-нравственной и эстетической сфер как питательной среды воспитания высокохудожественного вкуса будущих педагогов-музыкантов.

In this article, the author examines the issues of the relationship between the spiritual and moral qualities of the personality of future music teachers and the development of an aesthetic outlook. An attempt is made to consider the essence and definition of spiritual and moral qualities in pedagogical practice. The article reveals the importance and necessity of involving students - future teachers in the study and introduction to the Christian moral aspects of culture. The idea of spirituality in the field of education and its role in the learning process is actualized. The article describes the interaction of the spiritual and moral sphere and the aesthetic one as a nutrient medium for the upbringing of the highly artistic taste of future teachers-musicians.
