Specific Features of Organization Performance Management at Stages of Its Life Cycle

Abstract

The problem of efficiency management on the stages of organizational lifecycle, which is actual to any company, was considered in this article. The authors introduced empiric research, based on correlation analysis, to determine factors, which affect organizational efficiency the most on different stages of its lifecycle. The novelty of paper is explained by shortage of empiric researches, based on economic-mathematical methods, in the field of organization lifecycle, especially, in connection with organizational efficiency. As a result, the most important indicators were determined for every stage of organizational lifecycle and the instruments for improvement of efficiency management system were offered.
