On Nature of the Dielectric Response of Liquid Water (Review)

Abstract

The article presents a brief review of the currently popular interpretations of the microscopic nature of the dielectric relaxation of water in the liquid phase in the giga-and terahertz frequency ranges. The main emphasis is on models that allow for analytical consideration.
