Investigation of the effect of waterjet cleaning on the quality of welding

Abstract

On the example of welding 3SP steel, the features of the hydroabrasive (EPS) cleaning are shown. The formation of the weld, its structure and properties, the formation of macro- and microgeometry of the heat-affected zone are described. The influence of welding parameters on ensuring the necessary quality and properties of steel is considered.
