Проблема исследования. В современных условиях перед организациями общего и дополнительного образования поставлены задачи развития и совершенствования сферы отдыха и оздоровления детей в целостном образовательном процессе. В государственной программе Российской Федерации "Развитие образования" на 2018-2025 гг., Национальной стратегии действий в интересах детей на 2018-2027 гг. (федеральном проекте "Десятилетие детства"), "Стратегии развития воспитания в Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года" и др. документах подчеркивается значимость педагогически организованного досуга как важного механизма, обеспечивающего безопасную и благоприятную среду для жизнедеятельности детей, их социализации и культурного развития. Изучение опыта организации воспитательной работы в вышеназванных учреждениях показало наличие некоторых трудностей, испытываемых педагогами-воспитателями в организации воспитательного процесса в каникулярный период, направленного на воспитание гражданственности, патриотизма, духовно-нравственных качеств личности. Вышесказанное позволило определить в качестве цели исследования разработку и обоснование теоретико-технологических аспектов процесса подготовки педагогов-воспитателей к организации воспитательной работы с детьми в каникулярный период.
The research problem. In modern conditions, organizations of general and additional education are tasked with developing and improving the sphere of recreation and health improvement of children in the holistic educational process. The state program of the Russian Federation "Development of Education" for 2018-2025, the National Strategy of Action for Children for 2018-2027 (the federal project "Decade of Childhood"), "Strategies for the development of education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025" , etc. The documents emphasize the importance of pedagogically organized leisure as an important mechanism that provides a safe and favorable environment for children's life, socialization and cultural development. The study of the experience of organizing educational work in the above-mentioned institutions showed the presence of some difficulties experienced by teachers-educators in organizing the educational process during the vacation period, aimed at educating citizenship, patriotism, spiritual and moral qualities of the individual. The above made it possible to determine as the purpose of the study the development and justification of the theoretical and technological aspects of the process of preparing teachers-educators for the organization of educational work with children during the vacation period.
