В статье определяется актуальность проблемы готовности педагогов дополнительного образования к воспитательной работе с детьми. Данная актуальность связана с усилением внимания общества и государства к вопросам воспитания и с изменением подходов к разработке программ воспитания в образовательных организациях. Выделяются три уровня проблем готовности педагогов дополнительного образования: на уровне системы дополнительного образования, на уровне учреждения, на уровне педагога.
The article determines the relevance of the problem of readiness of pedagogue of supplementary education for upbringing work with children. This relevance is associated with the increased attention of society and the state to the issues of upbringing and with a change in approaches to the development of programs of upbringing in educational organizations. Three levels of problems of readiness of pedagogue of supplementary education are distinguished: at the level of the system of supplementary education, at the level of an institution, at the level of a pedagogue.
