Данная статья посвящена анализу вопросов мотивации и ее роли при изучении иностранного языка и выявлению специфики использования аутентичных видеоматериалов на старшем этапе обучения. В статье описаны современные средства обучения иностранному языку, а также критерии отбора аутентичных видеоматериалов и критерии уровня мотивации.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the motivation issues and its role in foreign language learning. The authors identify the specific features of using authentic video materials at the English lessons at school. The article describes modern means of teaching a foreign language, as well as criteria for the selection of authentic video materials and criteria for the level of motivation.
