КОНЦЕПЦИЯ ЕДИНОГО ОБЪЕКТА НЕДВИЖИМОСТИ КАК СПОСОБ РАЗУМНОГО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬНОГО УЧАСТКА

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной на сегодняшний день проблеме закрепления зданий, строений и сооружений как самостоятельных объектов недвижимости отдельно от земельных участков. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость внедрения в законодательство концепции единого объекта недвижимости. Автор приходит к выводу, что такое изменение приведет к эффективному использованию земельных, временных и трудовых ресурсов.

The article is devoted to the current problem of fixing buildings, structures and constructions as independent real estate units separately from land plots. The necessity of introducing into the legislation the concept of a unified real property unit has been identified and justified. The author comes to the conclusion that such a change will lead to the efficient use of land, time and labor resources.
