They showed significant changes in heart rates of subjects using PPE during the first minutes of exercises. At the same time, heart rate reaches its maximum during the fifth minute of exercise. It was revealed that the heart rate response to exercises with the use of PPE is 20-25 bpm more than during physical activity without the use of PPE. It was found that after the completion of exercises with the use of PPE, the recovery of heart rate to the initial level in the subjects occurs much later than in those training without the use of PPE.
