Analysis of the general development trends and the level of digitization of the pharmaceutical market in the russian federation

Abstract

© Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020. The paper presents a brief overview of companies that form analytical databases on the Russian pharmaceutical market. On the basis of information from four such databases and independently conducted field research, which involved Russian and foreign manufacturers of originator drugs and generics in Russia and abroad, the main trends in the development of the Russian pharmaceutical market are presented. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of trends implementing innovative technologies and digital tools in the activities of companies targeting the pharmaceutical market.
