Ways to improve the efficiency of the truck's branded service system

It is shown that only integrated solutions will optimize the activities of the automotive corporation's branded service system (BSS). The best solution in this situation is a decision support system (DSS) with an open architecture. The proposed methodology is aimed at improving the maintenance and repair system while expanding markets. Examples of developed modules applying as part of DSS, such as statistical data analysis and simulation models, are shown.
