Presented the reviews of the recommendations to the forensic community on raising questions when prescribing forensic medical examinations in case of adverse outcomes of medical care is given. Were analyzed 50 decisions of investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the conduct of forensic medical examinations in the regional bureaus of forensic medical examination, as well as non-state experts.
