В данной статье анализируется воздействие деятельности транснациональных корпораций на коренные народы. За последние десятилетие транснациональные корпорации достигли беспрецедентного экономического и политического влияния, постепенно приближаясь к уровню государств как участников международно-правовых отношений. В то же время, в погоне за экономическими благами и природными ресурсами, корпорации почти не учитывают права коренных народов, а также угрозы экологии и унификации культур этих малочисленных групп.
This article analyzes the problems of the impact of transnational corporations on indigenous peoples. Over the past decade, transnational corporations have achieved unprecedented economic and political influence, gradually approaching the level of States as participants in international legal relations. At the same time, in the pursuit of economic benefits and natural resources, corporations pay little attention to the rights of indigenous peoples, as well as threats to the ecology and culture of these small groups.
