ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ НАВЫКОВ МЕЖКУЛЬТУРНОГО ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБЩЕНИЯ КАК ВАЖНЫЙ ФАКТОР В ПОДГОТОВКЕ СОВРЕМЕННОГО СПЕЦИАЛИСТА

Abstract

В рамках данной статьи автор указывает на формирование новой парадигмы профессионализма в профессиональной подготовке специалиста, которая включает в себя подготовку к межкультурной коммуникации в профессиональном дискурсе. Подчеркивается, что обладая навыками межкультурной компетенции, специалист, свободен в поиске работы и преодолевает проблемы профессиональной и социокультурной адаптации в новых для него условиях гораздо быстрее, более продуктивно осуществляет профессиональную деятельность на основе построения эффективных межличностных отношений и образования межкультурных связей. Указывается на большой воспитательный потенциал иностранного языка при формировании межкультурной профессиональной коммуникации будущего специалиста. Рассматривается понятие межкультурного профессионального общения, определяются факторы, влияющие на развитие профессионально-ориентированных коммуникативных компетенций выпускника по иностранному языку в тесной связи с формированием его интеллектуальной, лингвообразовательной и профессиональной культуры. Подчеркивается важность формирования значимых лингвосоциокультурных компетенций, обеспечивающих эффективную коммуникацию в профессиональном дискурсе.

In the framework of this article, the author points to the formation of a new paradigm of professionalism in the professional training of a specialist, which includes preparation for intercultural communication in professional discourse. It is emphasized that, having the skills of intercultural competence, the specialist is free to look for work and overcomes the problems of professional and sociocultural adaptation in the new conditions for him much faster, more professionally carries out professional activities on the basis of building effective interpersonal relationships and the formation of intercultural relations. The great educational potential of a foreign language in the formation of intercultural professional communication of a future specialist is indicated. The concept of intercultural professional communication is considered, factors are determined that influence the development of professionally-oriented communicative competences of a graduate in a foreign language in close connection with the formation of his intellectual, linguistic and professional culture. The importance of the formation of significant linguistic-sociocultural competencies that ensure effective communication in professional discourse is emphasized.
