В современной отечественной образовательной практике, к сожалению, наблюдается тенденция недостаточного использования методов и форм нелинейного обучения. В условиях мультикультурных взаимодействий одна из причин этого - низкий уровень сотрудничества между различными государствами. Сегодня важно говорить об отсутствии консолидированного мнения исследователей различных стран о сущности и перспективах нелинейного обучения, о возможных путях кооперации в данном направлении.
Авторы статьи указывают на значимость пересмотра позиций относительно организации процесса подготовки педагогов к проектированию сопровождения образовательного процесса и говорят о важности поиска новых путей формирования представлений о сопровождении образовательного процесса у будущих педагогов в условиях нелинейного обучения. Последнее определяет проблему исследования. Цель исследования - выявление этих путей в условиях нелинейного обучения.
Сопровождение рассматривается как полифункциональное взаимодействие между обучающим и обучающимися с целью оказания помощи c учетом интересов и потребностей обучающегося, содействия в процессе обучения; стимулирование его личностного и профессионального развития; диагностика, консультирование, организация помощи на этапе принятия плана решений и его реализации.
В статье авторы полагают важным обосновать значимость учета мультикультурных особенностей образовательного учреждения в процессе формирования у будущих педагогов представлений о сопровождении. В мультикультурном мире важно выделять разнообразные модели восприятия реальности, сложившиеся способы взаимодействия, нормы и правила познания и поведения, различные факторы, определяющие специфику развития социумов и образования в каждой конкретной стране.
Во-первых, важно говорить о формировании у будущих педагогов представлений о сущности сопровождения. В статье определены уровни подготовки педагогов к проектированию сопровождения в условиях нелинейного обучения. Авторы приводят примеры организации уровневой подготовки, определяют содержание каждого уровня.
Во-вторых, важно также говорить о поиске путей оптимизации взаимодействия между образовательными учреждениями различных стран.
В качестве ведущих методов авторами данной статьи использованы анализ отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы. В качестве дальнейших с целью реализации планируемых результатов исследователи полагают важным использование социокультурного подхода, позволяющего проводить полифакторный анализ событий и явлений, происходящих в высшем педагогическом образовании c учетом мировых, региональный тенденций и оценке структурных (объективных) и процессуальных (объективных) факторов. Говоря о структурных (объективных) факторах, авторы подразумеваем эмпирически выявленные и зафиксированные связи и взаимодействия в государствах. Вторая группа факторов - процедурые (субъективные), определяющие необходимые решения для участников образовательного процесса, осуществляющих эти изменения.
Unfortunately the forms and the methods of life- long education are not widely used in the modern education. That happens because of the low level of cooperation between the different countries. That is why that is impossible to consider the integrative view on the current problem. The article shows the example of the German education model concerning "Lernfreiheit" model in education. This model gives much freedom both for the teachers and students which help to enlarge the perspectives about teaching supervision. The authors show the necessity about the changes in current views on supervision development. Thus, the problem of the research is to analyze the mechanisms to improve the process on the views about supervision development within life-long education. The aim is to analyze these mechanisms within the life-long education.
The authors believe that it is important to consider multicultural specificities while teaching supervision to students. The up-to-date multicultural world is wide and it is oriented to integrate the varieties of multicultural forms and techniques of cooperation and collaboration and social development. Unfortunately all that is possible to enlarge the multicultural crisis. Thus that is important to consider the further aims. At first the authors find that it is important to analyze the views of the teachers concerning the supervision. The authors believe that supervision is an integrative cooperation which aims to assist and support the personal and professional problems while teaching process. Moreover supervision is a specially-organized method which helps to diagnose the variety of problems and provide the consulting plan and aid to improve the teaching process. It is a method which is oriented on the interests and the specificities of interpersonal interaction.
The article describes the levels of teachers' readiness to supervision design within life-long learning. The authors give the examples of levels learning process and give the explanation of every level. At second the authors describes the necessity of the techniques to improve the cooperation process between the countries. Thus we believe that it is necessary to consider the different teaching models within the current tendency to cope them. The multicultural dialogue is the efficient mechanism to improve the process. The authors use the review literature and analyze the literature on the problem of the development of views on teachers' supervision. Moreover they refer to the sociocultural approach which has the aim to analyze the factors which influence the teaching process. This approach enlarges the view on the problem within macro and micro spheres to consider the structural and process factors. The structural factors refer to the analysis of the socio-economic and cultural specificities of the countries. The process factors refer to the analysis of the teachers' positions and views to see the changes and to improve the teaching process.
