РАЗВИТИЕ БЕГЛОСТИ ИНОЯЗЫЧНОЙ РЕЧИ КАК ЛИНГВОДИДАКТИЧЕСКАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА

Abstract

В настоящей статье вопросы, связанные с обучением иностранному языку, рассматриваются сквозь призму коммуникативного подхода. Задачей последнего является максимальное приближение речи учащихся к речи носителей языка в аспекте грамотности и "гладкости". Созданный авторами комплекс упражнений на развитие беглости англоязычной речи показал высокую эффективность в ходе проведенного эксперимента.

In the article the problems of foreign languages teaching are viewed through the prism of the communicative approach. The latter is aimed at teaching students to speak a foreign language the way 'native' speakers do - accurately and fluently. The authors have designed a series of activities to develop and improve fluent speaking skills. To prove the effectiveness, they tested the tasks while teaching the sophomores English. The attempt was a success. The experiment showed considerable progress in speech fluency of the test group.
