ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ МОТИВАЦИИ УСПЕХА И ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО САМООПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ В МАГИСТРАТУРЕ КАЗАНСКОГО ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО УНИВЕРСИТЕТА

Abstract

В статье исследуется взаимосвязь мотивации успеха и профессионального самоопределения обучающихся в магистратуре. Цель исследования - определение факторов, способствующих наиболее эффективному раскрытию потенциала личности как в профессиональной сфере, так и в индивидуальном развитии человека. Кроме этого, изучение данной взаимосвязи позволяет создать условия для формирования внутренней мотивации обучающихся на бакалавриате для поступления в магистратуру.

The article describes the relationship between success motivation and professional self-determination of students in the master's program. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors that contribute to the most effective disclosure of the potential of the individual, both in the professional sphere and in the individual development of a person. In addition, the study of this relationship allows to create conditions for the formation of internal motivation of students of the bachelor`s degree for admission to the master`s program.
