ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ УСЛОВИЙ ДЛЯ ПОДГОТОВКИ БУДУЩИХ ПЕДАГОГОВ К МЕЖКУЛЬТУРНОМУ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЮ В ВУЗЕ

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен вопрос развития межкультурной коммуникации будущих педагогов вузов. Вывлены специфические для этого процесса условия, в том числе необходимость внедрения дополнительных академических часов в рамках научных дисциплин вузов, организация международных конференций и форумов как площадок для культурного обмена между студентами и практикующими педагогами, студенческих стажировок в зарубежные вузы и т.д.

For the development of intercultural communication between teachers and future teachers within the framework of the higher education environment, the creation of certain conditions are required. First, the introduction of additional academic hours in the scientific disciplines of universities, which will contribute to the development of intercultural competence of specialists, is required. Secondly, the organization of events such as international conferences and forums will be an important platform for cultural exchange between students and teachers of pedagogical areas. Thirdly, internships in foreign universities, the exchange of students with foreign universities also contribute to the development of intercultural communication of teaching staff.
