Technological transformation is beneficial to airports, therefore, the airport management should begin to study the surrounding environmental range and understand how to adapt its conditions and set goals that are compatible with this environment, for the purpose of digital transformation. The article discusses the main stages of digital transformation and digital strategy of the airport.
