В статье рассматривается генезис и эволюция экономического
взаимодействия Свердловской области и Китайской Народной Республики. На конкретных
примерах показывается специфика экономических отношений одного из субъектов
Российской Федерации с КНР в условиях функционирования различных моделей
хозяйствования: от планово-административной до рыночной. В результате проделанной
работы отчетливо прослеживаются два этапа: "номенклатурного партнерства" второй
половины ХХ века и "рыночного прагматизма" в начале XXI века.
The authors of the article observe the origins and evolution of the economic
cooperation between the Sverdlovsk region and the People's Republic of China. The particularity of
these economic relations between one of the subjects of Russian Federation and the PRC under
different operation conditions of the planned and market economic models is illustrated through
specific examples. In conclusion, two major stages can be traced clearly: "the nomenklatura
partnership" (second half of the 20 th century) followed by "the market pragmatism" (the beginning
of the 21 st century).
