We investigate the properties of quasi-two-dimensional electron gas at the interface between ferroelectric and insulating oxides in Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3/LaMnO3 (BSTO/LMO) heterostructure. The temperature dependence of the interface electrical resistance is studied. It is found that in pristine samples with polarization in ferroelectric film directed perpendicular to the single crystal surface, the electrical resistance exhibits metallic behavior below 160 K. Magnetic field application changes the resistivity properties of BSTO/LMO interface irreversibly. After multiple application of magnetic field, the metallic behavior of resistivity is observed up to 205 K. The scenarios of possible influence of light on LaAlO3/SrTiO3 and BSTO/LMO interfaces are discussed.
