At the same time, the activity of the inflow of financial resources largely depends on the objectivity of the mechanism for evaluating investment attractiveness. However, to date, research on the investment attractiveness of innovative companies is practically absent. Quite a number of theoretical and methodological issues remains unresolved, in particular, those related to the ambiguous interpretation of the terminological apparatus of this scientific area, the justification of adequate methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments in the innovation segment of the economy, the formation of information and analytical support for the procedures for evaluating the investment attractiveness of innovative companies. Objective: Improving information and analytical support for analyzing and evaluating the investment attractiveness of commercial organizations based on reforming and updating methods and practices of economic analysis, information gathering and conversion processes that facilitate the adoption of sound management decisions by participants in the investment process.Research methods: In the research process, general scientific and economic-statistical methods were used: analysis and synthesis, systematization, modeling, synthesis to substantiate theoretical propositions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the methodological apparatus for analyzing and evaluating the investment attractiveness of commercial organizations.The results achieved and the research significance: The article suggests ways to improve the methodological apparatus for analyzing and evaluating investment attractiveness based on the scenario approach, allowing to provide interested stakeholders with objective information regarding the risks and benefits associated with investing capital in innovative business.
