Abstract:

The rapid development of radio data transmission systems (RDTS) is associated with the annual exponential growth in the number of active users and the amount of information transmitted via existing communication channels. The result of this process is the significant complication of the signal-interference environment in which modern RDTS operate. The most advisible approach that allows us to create the RDTS, which function in the conditions of strong ISI caused by channel with memory, in the absence of their compensation, is the appropriate choice of the symbol duration time with regard to the resolution time of communication channel. This takes ISI into account that allows us to receive and process signals correctly in dynamic mode instead of distortion suppression. However, as shown in this work, it requires utilizing a new element base. It is highly recommended base on nanoelectronics. This paper presented a new approach of nano element impedance matching and the technological constructions for impedance matching circuits are developed. According to this method it possible to match impedance of nano tubes with 12.8 kOhm with 50Ohms standard micro strip line in the large frequency range.
