На основе изучения мелкомасштабных неоднородностей ночного спорадического слоя Es,
возникших в периоды подготовки землетрясений за август 1986 г. с магнитудой 4,5 6 M 6 5,5 и эпицентральным расстоянием R ( 250 км, были разработаны критерии больших диапазонов полупрозрачности спорадического слоя Es - foEs ) 2fbEs. Показано, что длительность существования интенсивных непрерывных мелкомасштабных неоднородностей спорадического слоя Es в сейсмоактивный период с критерием полупрозрачности foEs ) 2fbEs составляет от 2 до 6 часов за 1-2 суток до землетрясения.
Based on the study of small-scale in homogeneities in the night sporadic layer of Es, which arose in the August 1986 earthquake preparation periods with a magnitude of 4,5 6 M 6 5,5 and an epicentral distance of R ( 250 km, criteria for large ranges of translucency of the sporadic layer Es -foEs ) 2fbEs were developed. It is shown that the duration of the existence of intense continuous small-scale irregularities of the
sporadic Es layer in the seismically active period with the foEs ) 2fbEs translucency criterion is from 2 to 6 hours 1-2 days before the earthquake.
