The paper reveals the socio-pedagogical features of students training process for innovative entrepreneurial activity in the university; the structure and content of social responsibility competences of students' innovative entrepreneurial activity are defined; based on the results of the study, a foresightbased technology model based on the creative interaction of teachers, students and entrepreneurs, focused on the projecting and implementation of future specialists' social responsibility competencies, is justified. The effectiveness of foresight technology is proved with the help of motivational, cognitive, operational, personal criteria for formation of social responsibility competences of students' innovative entrepreneurial activity in the university educational process.
