Abstract:

In 2017 the journal received the materials, that contain the assessment of the philosophy's role in the solution of the modern Russian education problems. The authors, who are the professors of Russian higher educational institutions, accent the attention on the various aspects of educational problems and outline pedagogical value of philosophy. We publish these materials. In the article of M.D. Shchelkunov are critically rethought the contemporary tendencies of modern education's commodification. The author calls into the question cultural and economic effectiveness of the third-generation universities, who aim to fuse with business-structures, and also raises the questions, that allow to philosophically constructive comprehend the problems, which Russian system of higher education face. V.V. Mironov's article is dedicated to the problems of modern school-education. Comparing the educational systems of Russia and Germany the author finds out the reasons of the deformation of contemporary Russian humanitarian education, highlights the necessity of philosophical courses for formation of Russia's cultural-historical consciousness. N.S. Kirabaev's article is dedicated to the problem of citizen's upbringing. The author thinks that only philosophy as a way of life and thinking can promote the forming of analytical thinking that is able deliberately and not radically to solve social-political and economic problems of the modern society. In the V.M. Grebennikova's and N.I. Nikitina's article are discussed philosophical bases of pedagogue's professional ethics. The authors rely on the traditions of Russian philosophizing, to the specifics of which belongs the idea of interaction, that is different from communication. The idea that interaction is a self-value influences the formation of modern pedagogical deontology.
