Abstract:
Conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy technique was used to study of iron implanted lithium niobate (LiNbО3). Implantation was provided with energy of 40 keV and to fluence of 1.5-1017 ions/cm2. It was found that implanted iron impurities are in several phase states. There are paramagnetic and magnetically ordered phases at room temperature. Formation of secondary phases from embedded iron ions is possible too.
