МЕТОДИЧЕСКОЕ СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЕ НАЧИНАЮЩЕГО УЧИТЕЛЯ МАТЕМАТИКИ

Abstract

Актуальность заявленной проблемы обусловлена тем, что необходимо системное решение вопросов подготовки и адаптации начинающих учителей математики. В первые годы профессионального становления молодым педагогам желательно обеспечить качественное методическое сопровождение. Цель исследования состоит в совершенствовании профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей математики. Методическое сопровождение направлено на выявление основных ошибок и трудностей, стоящих перед молодыми специалистами, их причин; на корректировку методической подготовки будущих учителей, способствующую повышению конкурентоспособности, обеспечению успешности в выбранной профессии. Монографическое исследование деятельности молодых учителей школ г. Казани проводилось экспертами кафедры теории и технологий преподавания математики и информатики Института математики и механики им. Н.И. Лобачевского КФУ.

The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that the system solution of the problems of training and adaptation of beginning teachers of mathematics is necessary. In the early years of professional development of young teachers, it is desirable to provide them a high-quality methodical support - the methodical help. The purpose of the study is to improve the professional training of future teachers of mathematics on the results of the tutor support for young teachers. The methodical r support is aimed to identify the main errors and difficulties, faced by young specialists and their causes; and to aim the results on the adjustment of methodical training of future teachers, promoting competitiveness, ensuring success in a chosen profession. Monographic study of young teachers' activity at schools of Kazan was conducted by the experts of the Department of theory and technology of teaching mathematics and computer science of the Institute of mathematics and mechanics named after N. I. Lobachevsky of Kazan Federal University.
