Improving the competitive positions of the territory based on the formation of Industrial Profile

© 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.This article addresses the need to improve the competitiveness of the territories, especially in the period of crisis. An important role here should be given to the state regulation, based on the selective principles of choice and support to the prioritized industries. To diversify the economic structure, the formation of the industrial profile and the development of the territory based on the package of preventive measures of the state support for prioritized economic activities have been proposed.
