Abstract:
Development of small and medium-sized businesses and the environment in which they operate are essential for the successful development of the country. Small and medium entrepreneurial activity is primarily an institution that provides the employment. The problem of formation of high-quality and efficient use of the staff of small and medium enterprises is the most relevant in the modern world. Therefore, the development of methodological approaches to the management and forecasting of entrepreneurial staff is an urgent topic of the study. Search techniques of extrapolation, trend and econometric models, the normative target method. The method for predicting entrepreneurial staff allowing making recommendations in training for small and medium-sized businesses has been formulated. The methods of forecasting human resource capacity for small and medium-sized enterprises have been offered. It is manifested in the possibility to increase the accuracy of forecasting parameters for training of small and medium-sized businesses.
