Forming an effective team in venture business

Problems of venture business relations between participants in the Russian economy are related to the human factor. Special relationship arose in venture business universities. Institutional and individual investors prefer to finance the company's activities with professional and proactive team of managers and specialists. To evaluate the venture capital opportunities analysis of dynamics of development of the Russian market of venture capital, defined the problems and prospects of its development.
