Introduction of new educational standards results in change of a teacher's position and causes the necessity to search effective educational technologies to achieve the planned goals of training. The optimization of additional vocational-pedagogical education and self-education processes and their management on the basis of the design approach provide the efficiency growth and productivity of teachers' advanced training and professional retraining.
