Abstract:
IR absorption spectra of (80-x)GeS2-20In2S 3-xAgI (GIS-AgI) chalcohalide glasses with x=15 and 20 mol% are studied in the 4,000-400 cm-1 region. The effect of the AgI content on the measured IR bands connected with O-, H- and C-based absorbed impurities is analysed. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.
